Gotomypc was working fine until this morning's automatic update of 3.6.16. Now after getting list of computers and clicking "connect", firefox disappears. I did some research and tried to install a new Java version but it has an error and won't finish.

Can I restore Firefox back to earlier vrsion than 3.6.16?

You should use the latest version of Firefox, which is now Firefox 4. If you really really need an older version of Firefox, you may download one by browsing Mozilla's FTP server.

GoToMyPC does not work with Firefox 4 on my Mac (OS X v 10.5), either. This is using GTMPC's java-based "Universal Viewer" -- the connection window opens as it should but the window's contents remain entirely black. Normally a password entry pop-up window would appear prompting for the password to the host computer.

The GTMPC Universal Viewer works fine on the same Mac using Safari.
