Firefox 4.0 is Intel only on OS X, will it be available for users that have OS X but not an Intel cpu

more options

I have downloaded firefox 4.0 but unlike earlier versions it will not work on an eMac which has a PowerPC cpu. So I'm hoping that this will be changed in the near future. At the moment I'm using firefox 3.6.15 and I have just downloaded 3.6.16 when I found out that firefox 4.0 will not work on my computer.

Sorry, that isn't going to change. For older Macs that aren't supported in Firefox 4.0, try TenFourFox for PowerPC's running Mac 10.4.11 & 10.5.8 .
