Tabs from last session aren't opening when I start FireFox
In options I have Show my windows and tabs from last time set for When Firefox starts. And I unchecked the warn me when closing multiple tabs option (although it was previously checked, and it wasn't warning me when it was checked).
The last few days I have had 1 window with 4 tabs open (each to a different site) when I exited Firefox. The next day when I start firefox it ends up opening 4 windows each showing about:blank. My tabs are not restored.
I have NOT cleared my history or any other information.

On the right hand side of the session manager add-on, there's an email support link. Perhaps you could email the developer and see what they have to say. Here's the link again: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/session-manager/
There seems to be an underlying issue in Firefox 4 that wasn't in Firefox 3.x. I will send a link to this discussion to session manager's developer to see what they think, but I think there needs to be a fix in Firefox itself (I hope the relevant Firefox developer(s) are looking at this issue).
Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the 'Browsing History' when you close Firefox.
If you use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the 'Browsing History' when you close Firefox then restoring tabs from the last session ("Save & Quit" or "Show my windows and tabs from last time") doesn't work.

Since you were having problems before installing Session Manager I'm pretty sure the issue is with Firefox. I know there is at least one bug with showing windows and tabs from last time.
