For the past few weeks I've noticed that when I click on a link from the first page I'm on in a tab, the page I get to does not let me go back to the first page. The back arrow is grayed out and the back command (right click menu) is also grayed out. This is not true on the pages I may go to from that second page.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
