Just installed ff mobile 4.0.1 on my Android Droidx. I enter a url http://{servernamehere}/netnutritionmvc which is an internal web site. (server name obscured in this posting)

The title bar momentarily shows "downloading {something}" .

Then I get the "complete action using" dialogue. That shouldn't happen, of course. Firefox is not on the list. Fortunately I have the dolphin browser installed and it IS on the list. If I choose that, Dolphin opens on the downloaded file, e.g.,

file:///mnt/sdcard/Download/Home-2.aspx

What's going on?

I should add that using the built-in android browser, or dolphin, I have no problem on the same url.

Thanks for the bug report, and sorry about the problem. Without access to the site, it's hard to know for sure, but it sounds like the server might be using an incorrect "Content-Disposition" or "Content-Type" header for that page. If you can let the server administrator know about this problem, they might be able to figure out more.

If you found out any more about the problem, please let us know and we'll do what we can to fix any bugs in Firefox that might be causing it.

Yep, I've got this problem too. This site doesn't work and gets the "complete action using" box: http://www.envirofone.com

You can re-select Firefox from the list but then the site doesn't display any external assets.
