When I use Firefox as my internet connection and try to access my bank account, a screen with the message Untrusted Connection appears. I have been checking my account until today with no problem.

Who is the issuer of that certificate?

You can retrieve the certificate and check who issued the certificate.

  • Click the link at the bottom of the error page: "I Understand the Risks"

Let Firefox retrieve the certificate: "Add Exception" -> "Get Certificate".

  • Click the "View..." button to inspect the certificate and check who is the issuer.
