I am constantly getting a popup that says

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script: chrome://ytoolbar/content/ytoolbarOverlay.js:3

I have no idea wht it refers to. This has only recently started happening, probably since I updated Firefox with a Yahoo toolbar.

I am inclined to get rid of the toolbar because this popup is really annoying, unless there is a simple solution.

Thanks

That looks like a problem with the Yahoo! Toolbar.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Yes. Thanks for your reply.

I think the problem is with SEeoQuake 2.7.1 although I have been getting quite a few errors showing up in the error log that don't appear to be connected to it.

I will try contacting SeoQuake to see if they have an answer.

I attach the screen shot of my error log and perhaps you might make something of the information it gives. Hope it can be enlarged!

Many thanks.

John

The problem still occurs when in safe mode with all addons omitted.

I'm fed up with this popup. Is there a way to revert to the previous version of Firefox?
