I would like to add a disclaimer to each outgoing email. How can I do this so it is added automatically?

This might be a feature of your mail service. You didn't mention which one you're using, so it's hard to help there.

If there's nothing there, a quicker solution to inserting frequently used text is the Clippings add-on. After you copy the text into Clippings, it's always available from your right-click menu. I'm sure you will find lots of uses for it.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access web mail, you need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, see this forum for support.

Thank you! You are correct, I did not state that I am using Mozilla Thunderbird for emails.
