The toolbar with buttons (home, refresh, abc, alignment, bold, etc.) disappeared from the top of my screen. How do I get it back? (I am using Windows XP on a Dell Computer.)

This whole Firefox 4 situation is screwed. I need to know how to get it gone, like yesterday. I am so angry.
The solution page told me that someone else had the same problem! There was no solution. How can I get my toolbar with buttons back?
This was not at all helpful. The solution page told me that someone else had the same problem! There was no solution.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, that should make the menu bar appear.
- Go to "View > Toolbars" and check-mark "Menu Bar" with a click if you want to make that permanent
Make sure that all the toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
- If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
- If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
- If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

cor-el's recommendation to simply go to "view>toolbars" worked. I found the "navigation toolbar" unchecked. I checked it and it immediately reappeared.
am curious as to why this happened...does anyone know why?

To Cor-el It isn't the whole toolbar that's hidden - the home button disappeared when I maximized an Internet page, and now everything is bigger, so all the edges are off-screen. I tried Restore, and it made everything smaller, but the edges still didn't reappear; Size was in light print, which means it's inaccessible. Someone said I could do it through the Control Panel+Something-or-other Resolution, but on my control panel there's only Screen Resolution, and that wasn't it. (I feel such an ignoramus!)I use Windows 2007/Vista Ultimate and Mozilla Firefox.
If the screen is still maximized then you first need to remove that setting.
You can open the system menu via Alt+Space if the controls on the title bar are hidden.

I don't even have view, or the rest of that menu. This is not an answer.
You can press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
