Hi, System Details: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.10

I need to reinstall XP which has errors. I can use the OS / Ffox, but they are v. slow. I need to save/export my existing Ffox bookmarks prior to OS reinstall. Where will I find the bookmarks folder? Thanks.

Yes, you can. Use the same procedure, but choose "Import HTML".

Press CTRL+SHIFT+B to open the Bookmarks manager, then click Import and Backup, then Export HTML and save it somewhere.

You can also move data from your current Profile to a new one by saving that. See Managing Profiles

You've been most helpful - thanks!

(FF needs to make this process more accessible from the Tools menu. At least with IE in Windows you just need to find that yellow star folder ...not that I'd want to go back to IE!)
