Version 3.6 is available here: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older

Version 4 is replaced by version 5 and isn't considered a supported version, but it's still available on the FTP server: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/
