How do I get up the 'Well this is embarassing' page again so I can restore certain tabs?

I opened Firefox hoping that my previous tabs would come up. I got the 'Well this is embarrassing' page and quit it without thinking. I now realise you can choose to restore some of these tabs so I would like to return to this page but don't know how to get it back. If I can't get the page back then I'd also like to know how to go to my history and select numerous pages to be opened in separate tabs. Currently I have to do this by opening a tab, going to yesterday's history and double clicking it to open which causes the window to disappear whilst the page is opening. I then have to open a new tab, go back to the history and then select another page. I would like to make multiple selections in this list and then have them open in separate tabs, rather than this drawn out process of opening them one by one in new tabs.

I went to that page after that had happened and have set up a session restore, but it didn't help me at that particular moment because I'd already lost a chance to get back my tabs. Unless there is a way of getting the 'This is embarassing' page up again if you accidentally quit it? Or if there is some way of selecting what you want in your history simultaneously and have it open up in separate tabs? I've had to open a tab and then open each page in the history, open a tab then open another page in my history...seems a bit laborious.

If you want that page then type about:sessionrestore in the location bar.

Firefox 4 and later versions save the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session.
Use "File > Exit" or "Firefox > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit Firefox") if you want to restore multiple windows.
You can use "History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session at any time.
You may need to click the orange/gray Firefox button to see History.
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page.
