I am using a Mac with OS 10.4.11. After I upgraded Firefox to 3.6.19, Firefox automatically starts up when I start my computer. I do not want Firefox to do this. How do I stop it?

  • Control-click on its Dock icon and uncheck 'Open at Login'
  • Click Accounts (in the System row of the System Preferences window)
    • Click the Login Items tab
    • Click on Firefox in the list
    • Click the Minus (-) button
