NOTE: Firefox 5.0 was released some time ago. Firefox 6 is scheduled for release on August 16.

You need to ask Google Toolbar support about doing that for Firefox 4.0. That application uses a Windows installer, which installs directly - no way to save that installer package, that I have been able to figure out. If you could save the installer, you might be able to extract for actual Firefox extension and then be able to install it globally.
