everytime i try to use firefox it crashes. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it hasnt helped at all. this is what came up when i followed the help steps on the web for crashes

Start by using the Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode this should help figuring out what is wrong.
