when i try to write something on the message board i see an expression as " " . so i can't use the text editor properly, i can't use the "enter" button function (to make space between sentences), i can't reply a message directly and i even can't edit my message. version 6.0.2 also couldn't solve it.

" " is the HTML code for a non-breaking space (i.e., a space that keeps the words before and after it together). So it's not normal for a regular space key to create that code.

Does the forum give you a choice of editors, for example, Standard/Enhanced, Basic/Rich Text, etc.? If so, try switching editors and see whether one of the other ones work better. Also, check with the forum admins on whether they have had any similar reports. (Since I'm not registered and can't read Turkish, I don't think I can provides "hands on" assistance.)
