Firefox is the only browser that cannot connect to the internet. Explorer and Chrome are connecting fine. I have contacted my internet provider and all is fine, they could not figure it out and said it MUST be a problem with Mozilla.

After an upgrade, sometimes your firewall will not recognize a new Firefox version; your firewall is just doing its job. In your firewall application, remove Firefox from the approved applications list, then go to a website using Firefox, let your firewall detect the new version and give Firefox the permissions necessary in your firewall to allow Firefox to connect to the internet.
