Cannot connect to any website, no matter what the web address, the message states that it "is not a valid Win32 application". Have never experienced this before and I've been using Firefox for years.

Can you attach a screenshot of the message?

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
