I would like to get rid of all the cookies that give my information to sites that track my private information. I have tried to open Firefox that our computer tech installed on my PC but it will not open. Everytime I click on it, it opens with Ancestry.com. How do I correct this?

Your computer tech person might have set Ancestry.com as your homepage.

You could try to change your homepage -

https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How%20to%20set%20the%20home%20page

Or it could be due to Extensions. Press Ctrl + Shift + A to open the Add-ons Manager, and now disable each extension and then re-enable it till you find the culprit extension.
