i use the american family web site everyday, and today when i went to play the games that i play every day instead of the game coming up, a notice that says i need to install flash and enable java script in order to see these games.

You can test that here:


That leaves option that you are blocking JavaScript.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
