I've been able to find most of the tabs I normally use, but this one baffles me - where is the "open file" command?

(Note: I want to open a file on my hard drive with Firefox)

There seems to be nothing but the tiny orange dropdown in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

The Menu Bar is still accessible on a temporary basis by pressing the ALT key or the F10 key, then choose File > Open File.

  • You can also use ALT+F, then choose Open File.
  • The underlined letter that you see on the Menu Bar (when using the ALT key to open the Menu Bar) can be used in combination with the ALT key, to open that menu; example, ATL+S will open the History menu from the Menu Bar.

You can use the following Add-on to customize what entries appear on the Firefox button menu:

New Problem: I'm logged into the forum, but I don't see anywhere on the page that I can click to flag the problem as "solved"!
