Is there a way to keep the look of Firefox 4 while keeping the improvements of Firefox 8?

I'm still running Firefox 4 and I know I need to update to 8 however I'm just not feeling the new look. Is there a way to keep the old look (like tabs on the bottom and the individual menus on top) when updating? Or will I just have to adapt to the new look? Thanks!

You can have the same look of Firefox 4 even after you update to the latest Firefox 8.

Right click on the top and select Menu bar.
