I have big problems with some internet shops. When I put an article in the basket of the shop I recieve the answer that there is NOTHING in the basket!!! On my system i have in pravicy set: except all cookies etc,

How is it possible that a have this "problem" and what can I do to fix it???

Such data is stored in a cookie.

Make sure that you allow cookies from that website.
You can manage all permissions on the about:permissions page via the location bar.

Does the about:permission page show that cookies are enabled?

Do you have any cookie blocking exceptions?

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Exceptions"

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
