Having had help from the forum and have now loaded firefox I now receive this message.

Technical Details

         support.mozilla.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted.

(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)

Yes, I saw that scary warning when I entered w/ Chrome (because FF was hosed); I just ignore those things (unless I'm being taken to the Russian mafia) ; )
