I get the message: "The adobe flash plugin has crashed"

when trying to view tutorials for CS5 InDesign (http://tv.adobe.com/show/learn-indesign-cs5)

Video crashed when I tried to enlarge screen image (command +)

Using MacBook Pro, Lion 10.7.2 Tried: --reload page --reboot --installed adobe flash player 11.1.102.55 --updated firefox --checked http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

and am up to date except for some i do not recognize such as: iphotophotocast, movenetworkds quantum media player, share point browser plug in and site advisor

--disabled user fonts.. did not work. re-enabled them

I can view the videos using Safari.

After all that fooling around, I decided to "go backwards" from the exact command that created the problem. So, I made the screen image smaller (command -) cleared recent cache re-started firefox

Voila! It works.
