After installing V8 from V7 the mouse does not change ti allow me to write in area's that are set up to type in, like Sign In area's, Password Area's such as in Facebook and other sites that require a sign in and passwork. I uninstalled V8 and reinstalled V7.. the problem continued... I had to go all the way back to V3.6.12 before the problem stopped... I have never seen a problem like this in any program. The problem is only with Firefox, Window IE works fine as do all other software I use.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
