That file is in the parent folder of the Cache folder.
See the about:cache page for the location of the cache folder. 

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders.
