I want to add a button that will be for my email Outlook Express on the navigation toolbar. This will be a one click start up for the email program.

You cannot create a Outlook Express button as you described, however, you can set Outlook as your default email client. So when you click on email links Outlook will automatically load to write a message.

See 'Default mail client'

Well, gee sorry to find that out. Earlier/older versions of Firefox did have an icon for your email start.

Firefox hasn't had a "mail" button for like 5 or 6 years now, the user has had to add it to Firefox.

Try using this extension.
