This is a problem I keep asking about but don't get an answer. I've asked it at least 4 times. On many web sites the fill in blank is not visible. In fact, I had to hunt around to find this one in order to fill in the "Details" information.

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

You received help here 3 months ago - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/877368 - but you didn't follow as to whether it worked or not.

The answer about allowing the site tochoose its ownh colors and fonts worked. Thank you. As to the second response saying I received help thre months ago and didn't respond that is not true and it was not helpful.

Strange, because the 2nd part of cor-el's posting today was the same as he posted 3 months ago - the part that fixed your problem "Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors...".
