How do I stop the "Help improve Mozilla Firefox" banner at the top every time I open up?

Every time I open Firefox there appears a banner at the top asking me if I want to "Help improve Mozilla Firefox".... It doesn't matter if I click yes or no....the banner shows up again the next time I open the browser. It's very irritating. Every time there is an upgrade to Firefox there are new and additional problems. I may just as well stick with IE or go to OPERA.
