Running 9.0.1 on desktop. I seem to have lost the ability to open a new window instead of a new tab. (My laptop still allows me to do this).

Thanks! Toggling the tabs option on and off didn't have an effect. However, I also noticed that I couldn't access my add-ons in the Tools menu. Going into safe mode allowed me to do so, and also allowed me to open new windows. I disabled all add-ons and then proceeded to enable them one by one. The culprit seems to be "Vitzo WHOIS 2.2". Enabling that add-on prevents me from opening new windows or accessing my list of add-ons. I haven't tested half a dozen other add-ons that I decided to leave disabled, but Vitzo definitely causes a problem.

Is there a procedure for getting the word out that Vitzo is buggy?

Check Options > Tabs about opening a tab or window. Try in safe mode in addition.

Report to the add-on dev that his add-on is broken. Some add-on devs post beta versions with bugfixes, check it.
