I have tried several times to get items added to the bookmark toolbar. They don't add nor can I drag and drop onto it. I get the international sign of no entry. Circle with a diagonal line through it.

If you click "Bookmark This Page" in the Bookmarks menu, can you select the bookmark toolbar in the folder drop-down menu and do it that way?

Also, is this your personal machine, or a business machine? If you're not the administrator of the machine, is it possible that an admin locked down your toolbars?
