Actually I can't send e-mails with attached fotos, using my webmail.tele2.nl account within the latest version of Firefox. Before never had this problem and as stated in the question, with Internet Explorer there is no such problem at all. E-mails without attachments are sent without problems and e-mails with attachments are received normally with Firefox.

Make sure that your Security Softwares (firewalls, antivirus, etc.) are not interfering/conflicting with Firefox

Check and tell if its working.

unfortunally after clearing caches as recommended it still doesnot work

The solution was: delete Firefox and re-install! Now it's o.k.
