Is there a PDF reader plug-in available for Firefox 9.0.1, Mac OX10.5? I'd like to not have to use Safari to read PDFs within the browser, as I don't always want to download a PDF, which is the case with Firefox. Thanks.

I'm using Firefox 9.0.1, on a Mac OX10.5.8, and whenever I want to view a PDF, it asks whether I want to download or save it. However, in Safari, I'm able to view it in the browser, without having to download or save.

Hi aknyc,

You should take a look at the article View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer. There is information in there that will show you how to open PDF files in Firefox.

Hopefully this helps!

Hi Matt -- I had gone through all of these steps previously, and none of them worked. Any other ideas? Thanks.
