When using the new Firefox: On eBay to ask a seller a question eBay requires that a 6-digit verification code be entered and this is no longer working for me--the code is rejected. When I use IE I don't have this problem.

Also, I'm using version 9.0.1. I haven't upgraded to version 10 yet because the last time I checked it didn't support the Norton toolbar.

I just updated to the latest version of Firefox and updated the .NET Framework add-on and this issue still exists with eBay where the "Ask a Question" feature on an auction won't accept the validation code using Firefox, yet I just tried it on IE and it worked.

I've discovered some issue involving Apple's Quick Time, Firefox, and eBay. When I choose "Listen to Numbers" under the printed security code it states a different code than what's displayed. I also noticed, after downloading from Apple, that Quick Time hasn't been updated for five years. Is eBay outdated? Has Firefox gotten ahead of itself? Why does the security code work properly in IE? Is IE outdated, hence making it compatible with eBay?

Tonight when I clicked on the "My eBay Summary" link I have in my bookmarks toolbar I got a message if I wanted to download eBayISAPI.dll. I checked out this file on the internet and found questions about this happening going back several years. I decided to buy and run Uniblue's Registry Booster and it found almost 300 registry errors! After fixing the errors my PC is running like it should and eBay's not slow like it's been for several days. But, I still can't get the security code to work. And the "Listen to Number" still states a number different than what's shown.
