I have a supper pad 3 tablet. The android market does not recognise my tablet, but i have installed other apps directly from the developer and bypass the market. Can i download firefox as a file and install directly to my tablet?

It is not compatible. According to http://www.androidtabletspcs.com/10-LCD-Panel-Touch-Screen-1024-768-Android-2-2-Tablet-PC-B-pad103.html the device has an arm11 cpu which supports the armv6 instruction set. Firefox requires a cpu that supports armv7.
