All my plug-ins are updated; I'm have Windows XP SP3; crash reports have been submitted to Mozilla. Crash happens once every two days; sometimes twice. Here's a copy of the latest crash report.

I'd appreciate any help. Many thanks!

You can also try to disable the Java Quick Starter extension.

  • Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions
  • Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced tab -> Miscellaneous -> Java Quick Starter (disable)
