Version 3.6.x is approved by the Army Networthiness command and has a Certificate of Networthiness (CoN)and is also included in the Army Gold Master (AGM) baseline. You can take a look at the release notes for each version to see what has been added or fixed:

Just change the version number in the url to see each major release.
