You need to move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen to make the Navigation Toolbar and the Tab bar appear.

But, it's a bug or a feature? I think that, normally, it should show the address bar. Trying to type a address(URL) when you can't see what you're typing is not very useful. Is it ?

If you are in full screen mode then the toolbars and tab are hidden to give you as much screen estate as possible.

You can hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar appear and right click empty space on that toolbar to open the context menu and remove the tick before "Hide Toolbars" to make the toolbars stay visible.
