Old favicons are being shown in bookmarks and bookmark toolbar, every bookmark was deleted no cache is used but all data was cleared, even in safe mode this still happens. A new favicon is shown in address bar and tab but when dragged to bookmarks toolbar the old on is displayed. Safari, chrome do not suffer this.

The browser.chrome.favicon=true

Many thanks, odd fix but it did the job, obviously FF is remembering the old stuff but not reading new. has a few little extra functions. Thank you!
