What happened to the reload icon that used to appear at the upper left of the screen? Doing a right mouse click and then clicking on the drop down menu is very cumbersome. I need to refresh screens very often to get current real time activity. How can I restore this icon?

The screen reload icon is usually in the address bar (the big white bar at the top of your screen with http:// or www. in it) at the right hand side. You can Also hit the F5 key, or just customize your toolbars to move the reload icon to wherever you want it.How do I customize or rearrange toolbar items?
