Did you remove personal data when you uninstalled Aurora?

If you select that then all profile folders will be removed, so you lose all your personal data unless you have a backup.

Maybe you can recover some data with the Recuva program.

I've done that too. When uninstalling it I told it to remove all bookmarks, etc. I went to Firefox again and the same thing happened to me. I'd guess that "Cor-el" is right.
