sites like youtube, or here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ Work perfectly fine (flash player)

but not like here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ or anywhere else with shockwave player(shockwave player)

I have tried re-installing both firefox, and the plugin multiple times, Tried MANY different sites in several browsers.

It only doesn't work in firefox, it works in every other browser i have tried.

Gekose oplossing

I've found the solution for shockwave not working.

1. Go into about:addons

2. Make sure "Shockwave for Director" is present

3. find "Mozilla ActiveX Control and Plugin Support"

4. disable it

5. refresh the page

This worked for me to get shockwave stuff working again.

I found Shockwave for Director and it's enabled I cannot find Mozilla ActiveX Control and Plugin Support. What do I do next? Shockwave sites still don't work for me.
