Firefox no longer supported browser

more options

Two Problems, 1. Firefox will open youtube site but will not play videos. Get message to try again later. I have tried all the fixes, none worked. Before this happened I had to reload Flash player every time I started Firefox. 2. Firefox is no longer a supported browser. Has worked fine for years(8) but today site will not open, Looked up diets supported browsers and Firefox is not longer a supported browser????? 3. There have been other problems since I have upgraded as requested.

1. There are some compatibility issues between the latest Flash player and some Firefox add-ons or settings. Could you see whether anything in this article helps: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox.

2. Where do you see the message? When I go to that site, I don't see it on the home page.

Also could you open Help > Troubleshooting Information on the browser that has the problem, and copy and paste your "user agent" text in your reply?

3. We'll get to those. :-)
