Why does Monster.com not run on Mozilla?

Monster.com does not load properly, and takes several minutes to load a first screen. This screen appears to be incomplete and any links on this screen, e.g. "recommended jobs", will not load properly at all (a blank screen shows with the rotating 'icon?' running endlessly in the tab). BUT, if the 'reload' feature is used, the recommended jobs screen will appear for only a few seconds. Then the screen goes blank again and the circular icon in the tab just spins, and spins, and spins - without loading the requested page.

The last time I contacted Mozilla, Firefox blamed Monster.com. However, Monster runs fine on IE. So, the problem is clearly Mozilla's. Would really appreciate hearing if there is a solution!

There are lots of errors on that page. That could be why there are problems. http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fenglish.monster.ca%2Fgeo%2Fsiteselection
