I am unable to store a cookie for a site on Firefox 16.01 for windows. It always logs me out and i have to log in. I have repeatedly changed the settings to allow cookies but for some reason, it does not stores cookies for this site. Usually, I was logged in until I logged out. It's not really a very important site and so far, this has not surfaced with any other sites that have logins, except for banks etc, which log you out.

You can check the cookies permissions for that domain and others on the about:permissions page (via the location bar) to make sure that you aren't blocking cookies.
