i had to restart firefox due to baylon toolobar. Reinstalled downloader helper but cant find where to download converterhelper without paying for it again. I have my registration code. I have windows 7 home edition. Any help would be appreciated.

The Reset feature creates a folder on your desktop named Old Firefox Data. If you need to find the files or data for an extension you had installed before your Reset, they may be in there. Don't delete this folder until you've worked through all "missing stuff" issues.
