Since using Win 8 and Firefox, Ebay listings do not show all the information. Only item description shows but not the seller, store, feedback, or watch this item. Firefox display correct for 2 days then the text went missing. This is a portable version so I deleted the folder an re installed Firefox but the new install is also not showing the text.

I'm not seeing any difference between Firefox and Google Chrome on the linked page, both only show the description and a larger image if I hover the enlarge button.

Does it look different with another browser because eBay may have changed their pages?

If it does then please attach a screenshot for comparison.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
