How do I get rid of search.usa.com as a homepage? I didn't have it until your last update on 12/10/12.

I signed on to Firefox and this search.usa.com page came up. I looked and saw that there was a new tool bar from them. I went to programs and deleted that and anything else that was installed on 12/10/2012 except the Firefox update. I installed a maleware program, scanned and fixed the problems it found. I still have that search.usa.com page coming up as the home page. And, yes, I have reset the home page through tools.
