You did not include Troubleshooting Information when you posted, but your User Agent string is displayed and is odd.

You probably have some malware|adware|toolbar installed that you may not be aware of.

Ask toolbar? string:

  • User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; AskTbORJ/5.15.15.36191)

The easiest solution will be using Firefox Reset, which is available from the safe mode option, but please read the notes in the following article first, because you will loose extensions, open tabs, tab groups and some preferences & changes you have made. Make notes &/or bookmark things before resetting.
